In an effort to improve Good Corporate Governance, as well as maintaining the trust and reputation of the company for all stakeholders (employees, customers, partners, etc), EYE provides a communication tool for both internal and external parties to report violation or fraudulent acts done by EYE internal employees through the whistleblowing system

Reporting Form

if you find a violation of laws, regulations / standards, code of ethics, and policies applied by EYE Indonesia, you can report them here. wbs@eyecorp.co.id and ask your questions or simply fill the Whistleblowing system reporting form.

We will further process complaints that meet the requirements and criteria, if the complainant provides personal identification information in the form of a name (anonymous is allowed) and a telephone number/e-mail that can be contacted. We guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter's personal data.
